Delete your account

Delete from within the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and the action is irreversible.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email joey@proflowphysiques.co.uk from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove something. In the app you can delete your own community posts, replies and reactions at any time, and they are removed for everyone straight away.

For anything else, such as a progress photo, a check-in or a logged measurement, email joey@proflowphysiques.co.uk from the address on your account and tell us what you want removed. We will verify your identity and delete it within 30 days. Your account and everything else stay as they are.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login (name, email).
• Your profile details (photo, athlete details, goals and target dates).
• Your health and fitness data: body measurements (weight, body fat, chest, waist, hips, arm, thigh), nutrition and food logs, supplement logs, cardio logs, workout logs, your training phases and weekly plans, and any diet plan uploaded for you.
• Your progress photos, videos, captions and the coach feedback on them.
• Your check-in responses.
• Your private messages with your coach.
• Your session balance and booking history.
• Your community posts, comments and reactions.
• Your video watch history and your push notification device details.

Nothing is retained after deletion except where we are required to keep limited records by law.
